laser cutting exercise
the goal of this exercise was to create a complex model derived from a chosen object (anatomical heart, in our case) at 2:1 scale.
iteration and experimentation were an essential part of the project, we were encouraged to explore analogue and digital means of fabrication.
in addition to making a model, we were expected to create a set of instructions for anyone willing to duplicate our model.
